1. Our services
We provide real estate lead generation, a CRM platform, and related automation services. The CRM plans are billed at the rates shown on our pricing page. Lead generation and custom services (such as WhatsApp automations) are quoted separately and agreed on a call.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Payments & billing
- CRM subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as selected.
- Lead and custom service fees are agreed separately and invoiced as per your package.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for periods already served.
4. Leads disclaimer
We work to deliver verified, high-intent leads, but we do not guarantee that any lead will convert into a sale. Closing depends on many factors including your follow-up, pricing and market conditions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services, including by sending unlawful or unsolicited messages, violating any applicable laws, or attempting to disrupt our platform.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your CRM subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. There is no long-term lock-in contract.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Hatch Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
